Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We accept notification of returns and exchanges on all unworn, used or damaged products within 10 days of purchase delivery. Items returned to us within 14 days are eligible for a refund*, after that point we will accept notified returns in exchange for a Baboushkini credit note*. Outside of this window, all sales are considered final. Products purchased during sales are considered final and are not eligible for refund. Unfortunately Baboushkini is not currently able to cover or refund return shipping costs, or provide shipping labels. We do however cover the shipping costs of sending out an exchanged size to UK postcodes. 

*please note that a re-stocking fee of £1.90 may be applied
